Looks like the ConfigMgr Compliance Evalution is set in the Baseline deployment, how quick will it report back to the site after a evalution have been triggerd?
So you see it in the "Compliance and Settings Management" reports.

It will take 15 minutes for them to report back.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
As a supplement, if the configuration baseline is deployed to a computer, it is evaluated for compliance within two hours of the start time that you schedule. If it is deployed to a user, it is evaluated for compliance when the user logs on.
After evaluated, it will report back within 15 minutes.
