ncsi " no internet "

I am using windows 10. Appears as no internet connection. Ping out to www.msftconnecttest.com. Symptoms occur after the first attempt to connect to the corresponding ssid, and in other cases, "no internet connection" occurs occasionally. I don't want to change the register. If you are attached to the network in another area, it has never been like this. However, if you stick to this network, problems arise. Both wired and wireless occur. Do you know how to fix it?

This is a information event instead of a error event. Error event indicates a significant problem. We need to find clues from error event.

As our troubleshooting progress is relatively slow, I would suggest you open a case with MS Professional tech support service, they will help you open a phone or email case to Microsoft, so that you would get a technical support on a one-to-one basis while ensuring private information.

In this way , they can have a clear picture about your issue and your environment by phone communication and live share session.

Check the changeReason. The event message can only provide some clues and it may not find the root cause.

If you want to find the root cause, we need to analyze NCSI traffic. However, analysis of NCSI traffic is beyond our forum support level and due to forum security policy, we have no such channel to collect user log information. So we recommend you open a case with MS Professional tech support service, they will help you open a phone or email case to Microsoft, so that you would get a technical support on a one-to-one basis while ensuring private information.

Can you see what "Active Http Probe Failed" is checking?

ActiveHttpProbeFailed always means the DNS name for the probe server wasn’t even resolved. NCSI failed before attempting to send the web probe request. The failure could be a DNS failure or a failure to connect to the proxy server, etc. We need check the packet capture to find the reason.

ok. I understand.

I'm trying to get a packet to see what the active http probe failed checked.

Can you see what the "active http probe" checks before that?

I want to see what it checks overall and then see where it fails.
