Microsoft learn Sandbox access

Hello, I can't access to the Sandbox in my Microsoft Learn course. I have this message : You must enter an email address to activate a sandbox or lab Your Microsoft account must be linked to a valid email address to activate a sandbox or lab. Go to Microsoft account settings to link your email, then try again. For more information, see the troubleshooting tips page. I do not understand because I already have entered an email address... Could you please halp me?
