Hello, I can't access to the Sandbox in my Microsoft Learn course. I have this message : You must enter an email address to activate a sandbox or lab Your Microsoft account must be linked to a valid email address to activate a sandbox or lab. Go to Microsoft account settings to link your email, then try again. For more information, see the troubleshooting tips page. I do not understand because I already have entered an email address... Could you please halp me?

    Hello, how long it usually takes MS learn team to accept an appeal?
    I've been banned more than 2 weeks ago, and can't move forward whit e-learning.
