Windows 10 stuck randomly

Hi,

In the reference of previous question, I posted
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/277281/blue-screen-with-different-strings-in-windows-10.html

I already explained specifications and issues in above link.

The issue is basically because of AMD Radeon driver.

I stopped upgrading AMD Radeon 540 driver. I uninstalled both drivers (Intel UHD 620 + Radeon 540).
And downloaded from the manufacturer (Lenovo) website.

All I did about 20 days ago. Previously BSOD issue was more frequent. However, I have seen BSOD issue 1-2 times within 20 days.
Apart from BSOD issue, now I am facing another issue.

Randomly Windows gets stuck. Either Windows is in idle mode or I am doing any work, randomly mouse cursor doesn’t move. No keys work. Even Alt+Ctrl+Del doesn't work.

I turn off the laptop by press and hold power button.

Manufacture (Lenovo) only go on the behalf of Lenovo Diagnostic Report.

If report says, no hardware issue, they simple say re-install Windows 10 as fresh installation. I did 3-4 times by deleting all volumes.
Even I used SSD for Windows 10. However, I am very much disappointed.

Please let know, what step I need follow?

Let me know the way so that I can diagnose and cause why Windows is getting stuck.

With Regards
NndnG

Like I mentioned in the post, try report this issue through the Feedback Hub app , so Windows team would be able to investigate the issue.
Try contact Lenovo's support team and check with them.
Try clean boot and see if the problem persist?

Hi,
Are you certain that all your hardware is compatible with Windows 10?

If you have the same trouble after a clean install, with Windows Update up to date but no other software installed, and all settings at their default, your problem is probably hardware.

I think you should follow the manufacturer's advice.
If your hardware device is not compatible with Windows 10, it may cause many problems.

Hope above information can help you.
