This might be a bit complicated. I'm running a terminal server on Hyper-V VM, it is running server 2019, and is supplying two programs for users through RDP(CCH Engagement and Taxprep if that's needed). And it successfully allows users to remote into the programs. These programs use Office in their functionality(specifically Word and Excel) and I'm trying to get these licenses to work.
I was told by a microsoft licensing specialist at Ingram Micro Standard 2019 would work, but when I try to download with the ODT it says that there might not be enough space or no internet connection. I know there is plenty of both. I have also made sure to remove all previous versions of office, and restarted since.
It is throwing error code 30015-2034 (161).
I also tried installing the office online server thinking that might be what was needed but I couldn't open files in the apps. When I tried instally office over that it gave error 0- 2039
Volume licensing seems confusing and has me pulling out my hair... and it's leaving fast enough without my help lol
