Self Service Password Reset and MyAccount.Microsoft.com

Hi,

I have a question about the myaccount.microsoft.com and the integration of Self-Service Password Reset.

We are rolling out SSPR through Azure AD and also have the myaccount.microsoft.com portal option for changing passwords.

We want to enforce any off-premises users to use the sspr tool to change their passwords and don't want multiple options available from off-premises.

Is there a way to integrate sspr with the myaccount portal to force the password reset to take place through sspr rather than allowing users to change their passwords through the myaccount portal?

Hi anonymous user-1746 , have you thought about just disabling the portal option for changing passwords? This will force users to use SSPR.

Best,
James

Hi James,

Thanks for the speedy response.
I have thought of that, although am unsure of where to go to change portal options from an administrative standpoint.
