Hi, I want to ask is there a way to setup ie only be used during office hours for an OU
Example: 8am - 12am

Thank you for posting here.
After my research, there is no such existing GPO setting for your requirement.
And I have asked engineer from broswer team, he said from IE browser side, there is no such setting that can fulfil your requirement, either.

Can we add, remove or change the value of the GPO "not allow to run following software" by using schedule task?
If this possible, Can I get the goal for what I mentions above ?

I can not find ""not allow to run following software"".

It's in Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\System\Don't run specified Windows applications
I add iexplore.exe in this GPO, gpupdate and when I log on with user account I can not run IE anymore.
Does it is the main function of this GPO?

Thank you for your update and sharing.
I can see it is under User Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\System\Don't run specified Windows applications (not User Configuration ).
And here is the description of this group policy.
If the user account can not run IE , it is the function of this GPO.
