Hi, After my breakout rooms my participants went to their chat in Teams. They were unable to see the Whiteboard from their breakout session. I thought that participants had access to all files, notes and recordings from their breakout sessions?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
I did a test in my environment and it shows like the following picture:

When presenting the whiteboard in Break Room, all participant can see it well. In this case, it recommends you check if the whiteboard has been enabled for your entire organization.
In addition, please make sure you have the latest version of Teams client. The latest version is 1.4.00.6073 (64-bit)

Hi - thanks for the reply but that wasn't the issue.
What happens is they can see and use the Whiteboard during the breakout session.
It's AFTER the session when they go to their chat that they no longer have access to it.
Thx.
Thanks for your feedback!
Do you mean when user return to the main meeting room, they have no access to use white board?
Or they have no access to use whiteboard after leave the meeting and rejoin it?
Both.
They have no access when they return to the main meeting room and they have no access to it when the meeting is finished.
Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?
If this issue is not happen in Teams wen client, it may related to Teams client. In this case, we recommend you try to sign out Teams client and clear Teams cache file to see if works for you.
