Unable to see the upcoming appointments in my certification dashboard

I've scheduled DA-100 exam on March 27th, 2021. But it seems not reflected on my certification dashboard under upcoming appointments. So, I'm unable to schedule it again or reschedule as it was not reflecting in upcoming appointments.
Could you please have a look on this?
