Ghost Volume in Diskpart on New Windows 10 install!

After I ran the CLEAN ALL in diskpart (to wipe all partitions and volumes from my SSD to do a new clean install of Windows 10 Pro) I noticed there was a Vol 0 that had an assigned letter and label as CD/DVD when I went to create my first EFI partition. Which makes my EFI partition be assigned VOL 1 instead of VOL 0. I can't delete it, I can't format it, ect. The error message states that virtual disk service won't allow me to get rid of it or do anything to it. FYI I started the PC up without the CD/DVD rom drive even attached because I'm having many issues?????? Can anyone help me???

ok so it says there were people who looked at my question and I have NO REPLYS?? Is it that I'm asking in the WRONG FORUM or that NO ONE has ever heard of such a thing and is too difficult to answer? Like I said this is a 5-6yr problem and I install windows about a dozen times in a week and have had to keep doing this because my system starts having multiple issues because it is being hacked by an old roommate I can't keep out. So thanks for not helping and i'll go continue to find clueless people or rude people who don't feel this is an issue that needs fixing.

Hi,
It looks like you have a corrupted boot file

Try these steps.
1.Download Windows ISO.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
2.Create Bootable USB or DVD drive.
3.Boot from the media and choose “Repair your computer.”
4. Under Advanced troubleshooting, choose Startup Repair.

If that did not fix the issue.

Insert your installation media(USB or DVD)
Navigate to Repair your computer. /System Recovery Options / open command prompt

Then type in

bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd
