Exchange CU Updates via MS Automatic Updates

So in light of the recent Exchange vulnerabilities i'm asking myself the question why those Updates arent included in the automatic update function of any MS Server ?
I can see them in MS Update Catalouge but the won't be downloaded or applied when i search vor them in the automatic Update section? Or do i have it all wrong and i need to do this manuelay everytime a new CU is released? Thx

Hi,
You need to tick "Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Winodows", it's in different location in different versions of win server, the following is for windows server 2012r2 and windows server 2019:
