We have created an internal bot app and published it on our tenant's app catalog. This bot app will send messages to end users on a daily basis for remainders. We have a VIP user who is using an iPhone 11 and he is having difficulties in opening up the bot chat to view the messages on iOS Teams mobile app.
When he opens up the bot chat, the chat window will be stuck at loading the messages as shown below. After a minute, the message will be loaded but he would not be able to scroll up and down the chat window. This only happened on his iOS Teams mobile app (even on iPad), the desktop and web app are loading fine. We tried to update/reinstall the Teams mobile app, switched between different networks but to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated here.
