Hello, ill try to summarise all.

a couple of days ago I created a free azure account (i am trying to prepare 70-762 by myself), before going in to 70-762 SQL related parts I though it would be a good idea to have basic knowleadge of azure. I saw a small course (basic conceps of azure https://learn.microsoft.com/es-es/learn/paths/azure-fundamentals/).

in some parts of this course you can use "Isolated space" but as far as I saw there is no way that I can use this function. it always promp that I need to use an email to activate it and when I try to add my email I get that it is not a professional or education account.

Hope someone can show some light on this. Thanks.

FYI, 70-762 deals with on-premise SQL Server (not Azure), so you can prepare for it without learning Azure in my opinion.
DP-300 is the new beta exam for managing Azure SQL DB.

Anyway, it's better to report this via Report feedback section given in below document related to Microsoft Learn troubleshooting.
