I created my SIG in my Lab (nonprod) subscription and cannot see it when creating machines in another subscription.
Why I cannot see my Shared image gallery from a different subscription?
The Shared Image Gallery won't be visible to other Subscriptions by default - You'll need to make sure the other Subscriptions have appropriate permissions to view the Shared Image Gallery Resource with RBA. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/shared-image-galleries#access
