SQL Web backup restore

I have moved a customer's server for a private cloud and I am using SQL Web in this new server. The application works very well, but the customer keeps an enviroment for tests on-premises, where he is using SQL 2019 for developers and when he tries to restore a backup made on SQL Web he can not locate the backup for restore. The backup just doesn't show even when we change to see all files.

    SQL Server is not currently supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.
