I purchased a brand-new copy of Windows 10 Pro. After the install, I ran the performance monitor and did system diagnostics and system performance scans and there were a bunch of diagnostic errors. Then I looked at the event viewer and there were so many "red warnings". I contacted Microsoft and allowed a tech to remote access and work on it, and she did a repair that took about three hours and she said it would fix everything (I showed her the diagnostics report) But when I booted up, I ran the same scans and got the same errors. I do not know if these are normal errors, and I should not worry and should stop scanning or my computer is missing drivers and going to start freezing again. I did a memory test several times and there was nothing wrong. I have an SSDI drive so my PC should be fast, and it is dragging and freezing. I have all the reports attached. I have uninstalled the drivers for the PS/2 mouse and keyboard several times through the device manager, but they keep coming back. Lastly, I printed out a log that contains a warning. I have several of these. They all say the same but related to a different file.

Hi,

If you see the devices error message when checking the keyboard or mouse, you could either update your existing driver, or uninstall it and reinstall that driver and then check whether the device is working or not.
You can open Device Manager > right-click on the driver > select Update driver or Uninstall device. Following that, follow the screen options to get things done. If you have uninstalled the driver, restart your computer, connect the device and select Scan for hardware changes. You will get this option under Device Manager > Action.

According to your description, DCOM Event ID 10016 are the most common of these and they do not mean anything is wrong with your device, and there is nothing you can do to stop these events being generated.
For your reference:

Hope above information can help you.
