The connection I typically use is SSTP but none will work the error message I receive on the server is ID 20255 the description is as follows
CoId={5C927C70-558C-42BE-BCA5-246DCE82BC74}: The following error occurred in the Point to Point Protocol module on port: VPN1-49, UserName: (Name). The connection could not be established because the authentication method used by your connection profile is not permitted for use by an access policy configured on the RAS/VPN server. Specifically, this could be due to configuration differences between the authentication method selected on the RAS/VPN server and the access policy configured for it.
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
Regarding of the event log 20255, please check that the remote access client connection is configured with the same connection parameters as the remote access sever.
