Today some users informed us that they cannot access they archive mailbox.
We have one exchange server with the current mailbox and a second one for archive (online archive).
We run Exchange server 2016 CU19.
We saw that the drive of the exchange archive was full so we extended it.
I can read my archived email because I had only few email on it but not the other users that have much more than me.
Do you think that we need to wait some re indexing ? How can we check the status ?
