Load balancer configured with two ports but can only able to browse site on one port on another port not able to browse

Hi, I'm able to browse site using load balancer on one port but cant on another port for the same site

@LuuThanhDungVSBVIE-4710 Based on the content you posted, it is impossible to reproduce your problem. Have you get any error messages?

  1. Is there an error message that you are getting when you try to browse using the other port?

  2. What port are you trying to connect to?

  3. Can you confirm if the server is listening on the other port by doing a netstat -an command

  4. Can you confirm the security rules are open for that port?

  5. If possible please provide a capture on the remote device for that specific port using Azure Packet Capture service or wireshark. or you could log all traffic passing the network security group using Network Watcher for which details are given here.
