Can not register for the Exam

Hello,

I have troubles while registering for the Microsoft Exam 98-364: Database Fundamentals.
I signed in the Microsoft portal with my gmail address aizhan.kurmanbayeva@Stuff .com.
I filled out the form with my personal data, they were verified and saved, but it didn't go further.
The message was:
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."

I tried the steps listed above (Edge, no cache and cookies, InPrivate option) but they did not help.
I contacted Pearson VUE Support. They could not help as well and asked to contact you.

Can you help me?
