Support for Wi-Fi Round Trip Time (Wi-Fi RTT) - IEEE 802.11mc standard

Does Win32 wlanapi or some other Windows API (Win32 or other) support Wi-Fi Round Trip Time (Wi-Fi RTT) estimation as per IEEE 802.11mc?

If yes, what are these APIs?

If not, are there plans to introduce this APIs to Windows SDK? When are they expected to appear in Windows Insider builds and preview SDKs?

There is no API that supports this feature.

And there is currently no public plan for current or future support for WiFi RTT. So I suggest you file a feedback issue from Visual Studio and/or Windows Feedback Hub to request support.

Could you tell me what this API is about and whether it can be utilized from application to obtain round trip time by querying driver?
