Unable to see certificates or transcrip

Hi I am unable to see my certificates or transcripts in my account, it just loads a blank page. It could be I have 2 accounts - Can you check please? Thanks Anthony

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
