Database 'mssqlsystemresource' is being recovered. Waiting until recovery is finished. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 922)

Not able to access database after restarting SQL Server Services in SQL Server 2012.
getting below error:

TITLE: Connect to Server Cannot connect to "servername".ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

The source license has expired or the windows isn't activated to bypass the whole autorization process. See upgrade windows 10.

  1. REBOOT_ OS , If prob still there click start in search bar type netsh git_ipconfig.exe ok if your firmiliar with win 32 os simply search program files for drivers reinstall.
