when I lock my notebook

I use a Notebook with a monitor to assist me. Excel, Outlook and Teams, for example, I always leave on my monitor, as it is a bigger screen than my notebook. When I lock my Notebook, these screens leave my Monitor and return to my Notebook, where every time I have to drag the screens to the monitor. Question: Is there a way for them to remain on my monitor? So I don't have to drag when I go back to work.

    Hi,
Go to the Control Panel and run the applet called Power Options. Click the Advanced tab on the properties sheet, and look for the section that says: "When I close the lid of my portable computer". Click the down arrow for the list of options, and select "Do nothing".
