Trying to get MFA working. I have a group and an MFA policy than prompts the user to enroll/register. Management doesn't want to use the app so they only want SMS and/or voice phone. Where is this controlled when prompting enrollment this way? Currently they get prompted for the app and they can choose the "set up another method" link at the bottom. There they only have the choice of text but not voice. I did see the options under AZ-AD--> Users --> Multifactor Authentication --> Service Settings but that doesn't seem to be controlling it because I only have "Call to phone" and "Text message to phone" options checked and that isn't what is happening.
