Visual Studio Documentation - Help Viewer 2.3: cab was not signed by Microsoft

Hello,

I am using VS2019 (version 16.9.1), Help viewer 2.3. When attempting to download a help file (.Net API Reference), I get the error saying the cab file was not signed by Microsoft:

Any help is appreciated.

    In addition to .Net API Reference, have you installed other contents? Please check if the same error occurs when installing other contents.

    I installed the .Net API Reference online on my side and couldn’t reproduce your error. You can try the following workaround: remove the installed content > uninstall the Help Viewer in Visual Studio Installer > repair your VS > add the contents again.
