Could you please share more information about your issue?
Please go to Control Panel > Program and Features > Check the version number of your Office.
Besides, you may enter winver in Run dialog to check the version information of your Windows.
If you uninstall the latest Windows update, does this problem still exist?

From the view of Office, I would suggest you update Office to the latest version for a test.

I also suggest you go to Event View, check whether there is any error about WIndows system and Office applications.
If yes, you may check the Faulting module name and other information.

If there is any update, please let me know.

Thanks for your reply and shareing.

According to the artcile "March 9, 2021—KB5000802 (OS Builds 19041.867 and 19042.867)", after installing KB5000802, it may cause an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error with a blue screen when attempting to print to certain printers in some apps. Besides, this issue is resolved in KB5001567.

Hope the information is also helpful to you.
