Right-click your 348.17GB partition, select "Change Drive Letters and Paths", then click Add, select "Assign the following drive letter" and select any available Drive letter, then click OK.
After that your disk should be shown.

All that you need to do is to assign a drive letter to your disk partitions. Right-click each in Disk Management and select Change Drive Letter and Paths... then add a drive letter.

The "OEM" partition may have the wrong partition type. You might need to change it in Diskpart to give it a normal data partition type. There appears to be some other partition between the 2 large partitions that could possibly just be deleted and the space assigned to the preceding partition.

In diskpart, select the volume that has the OEM partition type. Then you can try detail partition to see what type it has. Use SET ID=07 OVERRIDE to change it to a normal data partition.

This worked with 348.17GB(primary partition).

How can I deal with the other 350GB(OEM partition)?

Use the diskpart command that I provided in the previous reply. Run diskpart from an Administrator CMD prompt:

diskpart

select disk 1

select partition 1

SET ID=07 OVERRIDE

assign

exit

You can select the 1 MB partition 2 in Disk Management to delete it. Then extend Disk 1 Partition 1 to recover the 1 MB of disk space.

I'd check that partitions have been created, formatted, and drive letters assigned.

New disks will not show up in My Computer / Windows Explorer until a drive letter has been assigned.
