online storage solution

Hi

We have a large volume of emails in our inbox which are slowing our systems down. We want to move to online storage but don't know how this works so seeking some advice please. These emails still need to be searchable and accessible on a daily basis. I see mention of Sharepoint and One Drive. Are these the only solutions?

Thanks
Emma

Do you using Exchange on-premises? If so, you will could create hybrid with Exchange online, then you could create Exchange online achieve for Exchange on-premises mailbox. In this way, emails will be moved and stored on Exchange online, users will still could search those emails from their mailboxes:

For more detailed information, you can have a look about this article: Create a cloud-based archive in an Exchange hybrid deployment
