Hello @DeepuPrasad-343, Thank you for reaching out. Can you please confirm if the file was uploaded in the same SharePoint folder? As the trigger does not fire if a file is added/updated in a subfolder. If it is required to trigger on subfolders, multiple triggers should be created.
Alternatively can you also confirm if the connection made to SharePoint is still working and the SharePoint connection API item is present in your resource group?
If this does not help resolve the issue, can you please share if any error is received by checking the Run History on the Overview Tab of the portal? Recreating the logic app might also help in getting rid of the issue.
Please let me know if the issue still persist. Thank you!
Thanks for the quick response @ChaitanyaNaykodiMSFT-9638.
To answer your questions, the file was uploaded in the same SharePoint folder.
Will have a check on the connection made to SharePoint. Are there ways to see if its working or not?
The connection is now linked to a colleague's email ID who is still with the org. Should it be changed to match the email ID of the person uploading the file?
Also checked the run history as well as trigger history. There were no failures or successes corresponding to the time period when the file was uploaded. Did a check of 10-15 minutes surrounding the time of upload but didnt get any triggers or runs in the history.
Hello @DeepuPrasad-343, apologies for the delay. You can try and create a demo logic app and try connecting to the SharePoint using the connection used in the original logic app. Regarding the connection linked to colleague's email, this will actually depend on the permission levels set for SharePoint in your organization and how it changes for individuals or security groups. Please let me know if there are any additional concerns. Thank you!
