2021-03 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5000803)

Question

Hi,
Cannot install CU (KB5000803) getting error 0x80073701
According to CBS Log it seems that package KB4499177 doing problems.
Package_3105_for_KB4499177~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.10.4499177-6706_neutral

I want to download it from the Update Catalog, unfortunately Didn't find it in Update Catalog, i think microsoft pull it off from there.

I did all possible fixes, maybe i missed something, i created a post before, With similar problem.

Answer

KB4499177 has been removed from Microsoft Update Catalog, this kb should be replaced by the later kb.
If you have reset Windows Update components, repair system files by dism and sfc command, what you can try is use a clean server 2016 ISO file to in-place upgrade current system, the update again.
