SharePoint News web part: "see all" sort order

I have added a News web part to my modern SharePoint site and added 15 news posts (we are migrating news from an old site, which is why I'm posting the news all at once), however I've set it to display five posts in the web part. I've custom ordered all 15 posts by dragging and dropping them into position. The first five that are displayed in the web part retain my sort order, but when the users selects "see all", it sorts by the last updated date. I would expect that the sort order I created would be displayed.

Is there a way to have all my news posts displayed in the order I've set when the users selects "see all"? If not, any suggestions for a workaround?

Thanks!

I don’t think it’s possible to manage posts order in "See all" page. It’s by design.

You could go to the User Voice to make your suggestion.
