Hi, @Mikhail-4909

Did you install the KB5000871 via cmd?
If not, please open cmd and Run as administrator to install the security update as mentioned in this document:
Description of the security update for Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, 2016, and 2013: March 2, 2021 (KB5000871)

If the problem persists, please follow the link below to turn on the logging support and see if the detailed message will be logged in the log file.

The information about Exchange setup fails with error code 1603 is updated in this document: Repair failed installations of Exchange Cumulative and Security updates

Resolution:
1.Make sure that the setup is run by using a local administrator account.
2.Check whether the following permissions are assigned to the folder specified in the error:
a.Read permission to Authenticated users
b.Full Control permission to System
c.Full Control to <local_machine>\administrators>
3.Make sure that inheritance is enabled on the folder. If it isn't, then enable inheritance.

After updating folder permissions, resume setup.
