TFS 2015 Upgrade to Azure DevOps Question: Is there an upgrade wizard?

I have a question in regards to upgrading TFS 2015 to Azure DevOps 2020. If this is not the correct place to ask, please give me a link to what is the correct place.

I've not done anything like this before so I've started reading BOL, starting here, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/server/upgrade/get-started?view=azure-devops-2020, but I still have some questions.

Current Setup:

  • On-premises TFS 2015 - SQL Server 2016

Future Setup:

  • On-premises Azure DevOps 2020 (new hardware) - SQL Server 2019

Plan:

  1. Install SQL 2019 on the new server

  2. Restore TFS DB backups on the new SQL 2019 server

  3. Install Azure Dev Ops 2020 software on the new server

Questions:

  1. Is there a TFS Upgrade wizard?

  2. If so, at this point in the plan, should I run the TFS upgrade wizard?

  3. If so, where do I run it from, the old server (as TFS isn't installed on the new server)?

Thanks for your help.
