I purchased a windows 10 desktop and apparently the microsoft framework is not allowing the dymo printer to be installed. Dymo tech people couldn't install it either. Any suggestions? or should I take it to the IT person to look at?

Hi,
Looks like the new Windows update, which is currently not compatible with the newest DYMO Connect and DYMO Label v.8.7.3 software.
This issue was resolved in the out-of-band update KB5001567. It is a cumulative update, so you do not need to apply any previous update before installing it. You will need to Check for updates to install KB5001567 and might need to also select Download and Install.
If that doesn't work, you could also check the workaround below:
