Microsoft has release know issue notification:
“Known issues in March 9, 2021—KB5000808 (OS Build 18363.1440)
After installing this update, you might receive an APC_INDEX_MISMATCH error with a blue screen when attempting to print to certain printers in some apps.
We are presently investigating and will provide an update when more information is available.”
Until now, Microsoft doesn’t announce a specific time for the corrections of this update.
After I search online for a long time, seems that problem can be solved using XPS or PCL driver version, only KX and KDPL cause BSOD.
Many system engineer and driver engineer have came up with some ideas or workaround for us, let’s check them.
