I was unable to cancel my subscription but can only disable it for now and I had been charged for the past 2 months for this disabled subscription. I would like to know how to cancel/remove the subscription to stop the billing and remove the credit card information from my profile?

It also states that -
If you don't have an Azure AD account via your organization, you can cancel then delete your Azure subscriptions and then remove your credit card from the account.
If you already followed these steps, try raising support request so that support team can work with you directly

I have reactivated and cancelled my subscription again and it's showing that it has been disabled instead of cancelled which I have done before. It still charges me even after 2 months of disabling the subscription. being said from the link - "After your subscription is canceled, Microsoft waits 30 - 90 days before permanently deleting your data in case you need to access it or you change your mind. We don't charge you for keeping the data." which is not true. Please help.
I would suggest you to raise support ticket from the portal. That should help.
Otherwise, just wait for Microsoft moderators to respond here.
