waagent not deprovisioning. Why?

When running the "sudo waagent –force -deprovision" it keeps finishing with the below messages:

Can you please share below information to see if we are able to reproduce the issue at our end:

1) What is the OS?
2) OS version?
3) What version of waagent are you trying to deprovision?
