Android OBD2 Bluetooth Interface As Designed

Hi,
i'm new and i wanna build this app with this interface:

And i use mac with visual studio xamarin . How can i start :

1) Connecting OBD using bluetooth
2) Retrieve values of Turn Signals status in real time
3) Speed in real time
4) Battery life in real time
5) Other spies as seen in picture.

I need to learn how to communicate with obd and which are codes to take and read in real time.
