From what you explained, it seems like an issue with the application.

Agreed with Reza-Ameri , can you print using other application ?
If the OS system and printer has no issue, it may due to the java app.
you could also post in more dedicate forum, users there are more familiar with this issue and are better at solving it.

not only the java based app, also the clip art in the Microsoft office , here is a sample I have printed same page in both scale 100% and 125%

This may due to the recently updates .
After installing updates released March 9, 2021 or March 15, 2021, you might get unexpected results when printing from some apps.
Issues might include:
Elements of the document might print as solid black/color boxes or might be missing, including barcodes, QR codes, and graphics elements, such as logos.
Microsoft is working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in the coming days.
The temporary workaround would be Uninstall the updates/
