I'm moving some events/tables in a cluster to a different cluster on a different machine. I'd like to ingest data after a certain cut-over time instead of ingesting all the available data. Is it possible to define a ingestion start time in Azure Portal?

2020-06-02T18:11:26.487+00:00 I work in Office 365 Monitoring PM team. We're moving some Kusto clusters to AZSC compute resources from Azure resources. We've used the autoscale out feature in https://ms.portal.azure.com/ which ingested all available data resulting in ingestion delays. Going forward, we'd like to ingest starting at a certain time (instead of ingesting all previous data for ~3 weeks).
