We are also having this issue. I was told this is a global issue. Besides this post, I haven't been able to find any thing else on this issue. We have clients that use this function and now they can't. Please provide any documentation you may have.
Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
Can you detect your room system in Microsoft Teams client?
In this case, we firstly recommend you check if you have the latest version of Microsoft Teams Room. You can refer to the latest release note from here:
If you cannot detect the room system, please make sure you have enabled the meeting room for Microsoft Teams. For more details about how to enable it, you can learn it from:

Hi, it works for the most users in the organization, only two users has this issue.
They have Microsoft Teams, version 1.4.00.4167 (64-bitars).
If they invite the room when they create the meeting from Outlook it works. But when then start Meeting now från Teams client they cannot see any rooms in the Room audio list as the other can
Do you have the same issue if you schedule Teams meeting with calendar?
Have you tried to schedule Teams meeting in Teams web client?
It's not the same problem if they invite the room in the Teams meeting, then it works. It has worked before to see the room audio when start the meeting
At present, we did not the valuable resolution about this issue. I will do more research about it and will inform you if there is any update.
We have the same problem in our organization. Teams can no longer detect Teams Rooms, it doesn't work for any users.
Teams used to be able to discover all our rooms but now it just says no rooms could be found.
Does anyone have any documentation on this being a general outage? Because i can't find any information about this and when we can expect it to be resolved.
Same Here ! I'm opening a service request
@JimmyYang-MSFT can you please provide some sort of documentation on this issue? We have clients that use MS-Teams rooms as well and are running into this issue. We would like to have some sort of document to provide them about this issue.
I tried to report this as an issue on admin.microsoft.com under Health, Service health, and then replied "no issues found".
Will try to create a support case now.
It looks to be with the Teams App on the PC. The MS-Team app on the phone works just fine.
According to Greg Baribault in the following post linked below, the Room audio feature uses two different technologies.
1. "Suggested Rooms" which uses Exchange/Graph API to list rooms.
2. Bluetooth based proximity to detect if you are close to a Teams Room
I notice on an iOS device it detects a nearby room, so my guess is that bluetooth based works fine, but the "Suggested Rooms" feature is broken.
I will update this post as i learn more from MS Support
MS Support have now acknowledged to me that this is a general issue that the product team is working on.
Has any one seen a release on this issue yet?
I just received the following update on my ticket with MS Support less than an hour ago:
"We are discussing this case with our superiors and researching on the same. Please allow us some time so that we can contact you with an update".
So still no fix.
Really wish they would release a public announcement on it.
I've got the same issue. I do not know when it has suddenly happened.
Is there any update on this problem?
MS is still working on it with no estimated time for a fix.
Latest info I got from Support regarding my ticket was the following, yesterday:
"We are getting multiple requests for this issue and our team is working on it continuously. As we are in process of working for a fix, we thought of verifying if there is any progressive change in the issue behaviour. As the issue still persists, we will continue our process of fixing the issue. We have also informed our superiors in this issue for a best possible solution. Please allow us some time so that we can contact you once we are with an update."
I have also logged a MS call for this, are you happy to share your ticket number so I may reference you job to the support team?
Thanks
Dan
