Azure SDK installation Fatal error

I use Azure Starter kit Revision 2.
when I was working on the azure board using Commands I had "The device may be unresponsive if it is applying an Azure Sphere operating system update; Wait a few minutes and then retry" error. So I uninstalled the Azure SDK and tried to install it again. But I have this error now.

Thank you for your response RichMatheisen-8856.
I first removed all necessary files from PC and did a PC Reset. Then the Azure SDK installation was successful.
But still I had the error "The device is not responding. The device may be unresponsive if it is applying an Azure Sphere operating system update; please retry in a few minutes" in Command Prompt.
So I used the " azsphere device recover " command from this page "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-sphere/deployment/recover".
Now I don't have the error. The board is working properly.

Try downloading the install again. Might be an AV problem? This doesn't look like a PowerShell problem, though.

TLDR; TapDriverInstaller.msi appears to use WMIC, which has been deprecated since Windows 10, version 21H1I

've been having the same issues with Error 0x80070643
Found the following in one of the log files ..._TapDriverInstaller_messages.log
Exception: The term 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmic.exe' is not recognized as the name...

which led me to this microsoft-removed-the-wmic-tool-from-windows-11-dev-builds
and then to this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/wmisdk/wmic
