Dear Team,
Just wanted to highlight that,
In mover, I successfully connected the source and destinations connector but If I scan the users, "all files are skipped" and showing "Scan complete". Due to which migration is not happening. I raised a ticket to mover support team.
Getting below error message if I clicks on Start Migrating Button – “General Failure, Please Retry”.
