のステップで、「サンドボックスを有効化する」をクリックすると、
エラー「アカウントの検証に失敗しました。」「お客様のアカウントを検証できませんでした。また、Learn サンドボックスへのお客様のアクセスを一時停止しました。」
となります。
「トラブルシューティングのガイダンス」を見ても問題を解決することができません。

アカウントの検証に失敗する理由として何が考えられますでしょうか？
