Authenticator recovery not working

I am currently trying to transfer all of my 2FA-accounts from my old iPhone to my new Samsung phone. I thought it is possible by using the backup function however I receive the error "recovery not possible" when signing in to my recovery account. Although I have clearly activated the backup function on my old iPhone.

Help would be appreciated since going through all my 2FA accounts and moving them to my new phone would take a lot of time...

I srill have the problem but I think I misunderstood something. It seems like the backup is linked to my iCloud-account since recovering the 2FA-accounts on another Apple device works.
I guess it simply isn't possible to recover my accounts with a Android device...

Am just relating to this,
Old Andriod to a new Andriod.
Backup is there, but there is no option to recover from the backup on the new phone. which is really weird. ! PAIN to do all of these MFAs

The option to recover is only available when the app is started for the first time and has no accounts added
