BHM 4.5 - Existing profiles with custom query/rules

When upgrading the BHM from 4.3 to 4.5 the existing profiles, with custom queries/rules, don't execute those custom ones anymore.
Is there a place in GIT for BHM ? - did the format of BHM profiles change ?

I'm having the same issue with BHM 4.5, custom queries not showing up anymore. Have you found a solution for this? Thanks.
