Storage Migration Service Error

Hello
I am trying to migrate file shares from windows server 2008 R2 to Windows server 2019. Both servers are running on VM. However when I run the inventory scan, I get the following error on Windows server 2008 r2. It works fine on the server 2019. Any solutions?

Couldn't retrieve the computer inventory configuration from the database.

Job: fs03migration
Computer: ff-fs-03.test.local
Error: 36891
Error Message: Device ff-fs-03.test.local operationId 00c33650-f118-4b6f-8126-daf0fc49dafc does not exist

Guidance: Check the job name - maybe it's spelled differently? We couldn't find it in the orchestrator database.

    Hi,

    Based on my experience, this error may due to the Server 2008R2 miss updates, please check if the Server 2008R2 has installed the latest windows update, if not, please check the following article about how to update Windows Server 2008R2:
