Upgrade Exchange 2016 CU18 to CU19 Failed

Question

I did update the exchange 2016 from CU18 to CU 19. I experienced a failure when the process of copying files was processed to 5/18. The following is an image of the error message ![78010-20210316-092530.jpg][1] [1]: /api/attachments/78010-20210316-092530.jpg?platform=QnA

From the error message, we can know that this error is related with permission. So, please have a check with follow steps:

1. Make sure the account that you used to install Exchange has those permission below:
   
2. Have a check about permission on this folder: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\owa\auth\15.1.2176"
   
   System, Administrators Group, and the account that you used to install Exchange sever should have the Full Control:
   
3. Run PowerShell as administrator, then run this install package from PowerShell:
