Problems with TLS on old printers (exchange not support TLS 1.0)

I stuck with the problem. Our printers only support TLS 1.0 encryption (Develop Ineo + 280, Sharp MX-2614N). I read that Office365 no longer supports TLS 1.0. This is a problem caused by scanning documents. Or if the e-mail is sent from the printer via smtp, the e-mail does not come. Is it possible to set it on these TLS 1.2 printers? Or what can you tell us about solving the problem. Thanks
